Velocity
Velocity reacts to wind direction on the horizontal axis and wind speed on the vertical axis tracing the ever changing characteristic of the wind. Seen here installed on lighted, raised pedestal, as part of the River Walk Art Plaza Consumer’s Energy complex, Jackson, MI
